I reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel your commission at any stage if I feel the need to do so, without any further communication, or if the commissioner conducts rude or inappropriate behavior. I also have the right to cancel a commission if there is poor communication.

I do not accept rush commissions.

I do not accept refunds.

I prefer references than descriptions.

If the design of your character is too complex, I'll charge extra.

Once the commission has been payed, you may not ask to change the request. If you require updates, please DM me.

If I contact you about your commission and you DO NOT respond after 1 week, I will disregard your submission and you will have to resend it again.

To order a commission, you have to fill out the form.

Payment must be paid in full. I won't start a commission unless I am paid first.

I will try to contact you as soon as possible. Please keep your DMs open and available, if they are not, I will contact you at the email provided.

Commissions may take anywhere from 2 weeks up to possibly 3 months to complete, depending on the complexity of the request, my current workload and other commitments. If I have NOT completed your commission in that time, please contact me.

By default, commissioned artworks are for personal use only (Ex: icons, wallpapers, phone backgrounds, etc.). For commercial use is charged more.

The commission will be sent by via email and/or social media account provided.

I hold every right to the drawing, therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to post it anywhere/whenever I want. The commissioner will always own the rights of the character (if original) and credited (if needed).

You are NOT allowed to sell, edit, distribute, modify, redraw, make merchandise or use my art for any commercial use.

You are allowed to post it anywhere but with proper credit. (Ex: Artwork by Stardust Milky Way, Artwork by [Social Media Link here].)
